I’ve worked in Marketing Communications for over 10 years in various industries; most recently at a large CPG brand in the natural foods and wellness industry as a Marketing Communications Manager overseeing PR comms, social media strategy, consumer engagement, and influencer marketing. I currently work in the tech industry in Corporate Communications, managing brand reputation through issues management, PR media, and social media monitoring. 

I’ve held positions managing event and farmers' market logistics and promotion, sales lead for a small women-owned business leading partnerships with large distribution accounts, and as a department buyer for a wellness department at a natural foods store. I’ve offered business consultations for herbal wellness brands, educating on legal regulations, product labeling, and marketing best practices.

There’s also the non-marketing side of me - I’m a certified clinical herbalist, a thrift + vintage shopper, and an interior design enthusiast. I enjoy nature walks, being at the coast, and spending time with my loved ones.
